About
I’m Ben Brenner. I lead AI transformation at a law firm, and
honestly the job is only half technical.
The other half is translation: taking what’s actually possible
with LLMs, automation, and data, and making it make sense to
attorneys, marketers, and staff who only care that it works.
I build with Python and TypeScript, lean on Claude Code and
Cloudflare’s edge, and run open-source models locally so I can
see what’s possible without the API bill. Before software I
spent a decade telling stories on film for the
Mobile Bay National Estuary Program, the Dauphin Island Sea Lab, and
university research labs. That’s where my technical and
communication sides first fused, and it still matters to me.
If you’re hiring for AI adoption, enablement, or applied AI,
ideally remote and mission-adjacent, that’s the kind of role
I’m after.
